Introducing ANSOPOL Carbomers
The ANSOPOL range is a synthetic, high molecular weight, cross-linked, water-soluble polymer of acrylic acid, which is known as "Carbomer".
Use of ANSOPOL Carbomers
Widely used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and household industries. Available in powder and liquid form, soluble in water, alcohols, and glycolic. Before neutralisation, the pH of the ANSOPOL grade solution lies between 2.5 and 3.
General Application
- Thickening - to produce wide range of viscosities and flow properties
- Suspending - to suspended insoluble matters like cosmetic beads and mica pearl.
- Emulsifying - to provide emulsification of high content of oils and waxes.
- Stabilising - to provide stability to the emulsion based product
